In Canada, the only acceptable colors are black and landseer (white with black markings) Read why here.
All countries except Canada accept brown.
USA is the only country that accepts grey (dilute). Other colors are possible but are not standard and should not be bred. There are no rare colors!
Newfs that express the dilution gene are at risk of Color Dilution Alopecia and several associated health issues.

Size
Males typically range from 130-150lbs and average 28" at shoulder.
Females typically range from 100-120lbs and average 26" at shoulder.
Health
Prone to hip and elbow dysplasia, cardiac disorders (SAS, PDA, DCM), bloat, cruciate tears, allergies and entropion.
Life expectancy is around 10-12 years
Temperament
Sweet, benevolent, intelligent and fun!
Grooming
Requires frequent grooming to keep mat-free! Sheds a lot.
Cost
Can be expensive with very large vet bills. Pet insurance is highly recommended.
